We went in last night to be induced but they were so overrun with patients that I was sent home as they wouldn’t be inducing that night. An hour later (11pm) Ruths waters broke.
Baby Sam was born at 2:15 am weighting in at a healthy 7lbs 3oz!
The staff at CAH were fantastic, they were overrun with patients, badly understaffed and run ragged but I feel we received no less care than if we had been the only patients on the ward.

We have been lucky with the weather at the moment, so Tina and Scot couldn’t have planned it better! The Bangor / Crawfordsburn area is a lovely part of the country and with everyone being so relaxed it was a great atmosphere. More very random Photos!
I like surprises, and I got a surprise when I saw Anne Marie in a beautiful red dress! We visited some great locations and got some great shots, all in all a good day! I’ve chosen some very random photo’s…
Saturday brought us to St Patrick’s Cathedral in Armagh, where I met up with a good friend and Videographer Gary of Carpe Diem ( www.niweddingvideos.co.uk ). The Armagh Cathedrals are both spectacular buildings and well worth a visit if you are ever in Armagh with some spare time.
Matthew and the guys had arrived before us (which was unusual) and everything was very organized for what turned out to be a very nice service.
We all made very good time down to Enniskillen (shockingly good time considering the roadworks) and the sun even came out for the photos!
The sun set on a lovely mild evening, everyone had a great time and the whole day was a success.
It was one of those days with a showery start but I had my big white umbrellas there with me so I was happy enough. It’s quite a pleasant drive down to Cavan and the Farnham Estate is a great location.
Colette and Brian were very relaxed and as the day dried up we had some lovely sunshine.
Busy week last week, we were in Belfast on Thursday, Cavan on Friday and Enniskillen on Saturday!!
I think Steven was quite nervous before the ceremony in Belfast last Thursday, but he calmed down once Francess arrived and they had a lovely ceremony. Even Aoife had a great time running around the Manor House.
