Lilly

May 4th, 2010

This shoot started out as a location shoot but turned into a studio shoot, either way Lilly has so much energy!

Adam & Leah

May 4th, 2010

Ruth was out and about photographing Adam, Leah and the cats. I don’t do cats myself but Ruth likes them for some reason… Anyhow, have a look at some of the pics!

Samantha

April 23rd, 2010

It seems so long since I have posted on my blog, I’ve been busy doing location shoots! Everybody seems to want shoots outside of the studio and with the builders taking over the town and the little sunshine we have been getting it’s no wonder. I must admit that I’m enjoying being out of the studio and all this fresh air has to be good for me!

Sam brought me to Gosford to give me a little tour, through the river along the paths but I’ll let you see some of the photo’s!

Claire and David

March 29th, 2010

I was in Belfast on Friday for Claire and Davids wedding. It was a super short one for me, I was only there for a couple of hours! It was good fun though, have a wee peek at the photo’s!

Sophie and Ethan

March 1st, 2010

Sophie was feeling a little bit sick the morning of my visit but she was in a good mood so Mum decided to go ahead with the shoot. It turned out to be a great morning, I got a tour of Sophies castle as well as Ethans bedroom and everyone was in great form. We did wear Ethan out but I was assured that it was nap time anyway…

Jack and Louis

February 14th, 2010

We popped out with Jack and Louis today (Sunday) for a bit of a run around and some photo’s. It went well, and even though there were no frogs an the big stone basin thing (no matter how long they looked) the boys had a great time!

We offer location shoots for both child portraits and engagement shoots, get in touch for details!

Lisa and Gerard

February 9th, 2010

The girls all seemed very excited when we arrived in Warrenpoint on Friday morning, this was before the champagne had even been opened! There was toast flying everywhere dogs being shouted at and the usual conundrum of how to pin a flower onto a jacket without stabbing your finger!

Gerard was a little nervous but hid this well by pretending he was worried about the rain (there wasn’t a cloud in the sky and the sun was splitting the trees!). All went well and although the beach was chilly it was lovely.

It was then on to Newry for the reception so the guests and bridesmaids could play a quick game of “Step On The Veil”.

As Lisa is a big Facebook fan we have uploaded a small gallery to our facebook page. Fans of our page can share the photo’s!

Catherine and David

January 15th, 2010

I’m very late posting this blog, things have been a little hectic lately!

As we got closer to the bridal prep I was thinking that Davids ice climbing skills may just come in handy, everywhere was frozen! We were at the foot of the Sperrins and the snow was thick on the not so distant mountains!

The ceremony was lovely and the chapel was very bright, modern and best of all warm! The reception was buzzing and everyone was enjoying the company and the nibbles and just ignoring the ice outside.

Have a look at some of the pics, including the Tango!

Holga!!

December 22nd, 2009

It’s amazing what you find when you tidy your studio!

For those of you that don’t know, it’s plastic camera that uses 120 Roll film (about 4 times the size of standard film) and takes the most unusual square photographs. I’ve bought myself a load of film and may just bring this along to some weddings next year!

Here is one of my Holga Photo’s, notice the top right corner where light has leaked into the camera!!

Lauren and Chris

December 11th, 2009

Usually when a Bride asks us not to forget to photograph their dog it’s a rat like creature called something like ‘Fluffy’ or ‘Sparkles’. We were greeted by a big friendly Dulux dog called Paddy! When she’s not looking after Paddy, Lauren likes to look at lakes and destroy every car she touches…

Chris was very relaxed about the whole thing and the church looked very Christmassy, the carols during the service helped with this too!

Cabra Castle is a lovely location normally, but with the Christmas Trees and all the decoration it was just fantastic and more than made up for the lack of daylight at this time of year!
